Aftermath of Trump Assassination Attempt

Share this content:

There was an attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump yesterday during a campaign rally. The shooter was killed moments after raining gunfire onto the former president’s rally killing one attendee and injuring one other, further details are still emerging at this time.

Trump, the presumptive Republican nominee, is safe and recovering he was injured in the right ear. The gunman opened fire with an AR-15-style rifle from a rooftop about 400 feet outside a campaign rally at the Butler Farm Show in Butler, Pennsylvania.

The FBI continue to search for a motive for the shooting. The agency identified the gunman as Thomas Matthew Crooks, allegedly a registered Republican of Bethel Park, outside Pittsburgh.

After this horrific event voters are now wondering how this assassination attempt will affect the impending presidential election, will this humble Trump or further embolden him.

Despite the chaos of the moment Trump being the media showman that he is, knew it was a perfect time to pose for the camera with his defiant fist pump, this will be the pic shown throughout the world for years to come. I guess now the media airwaves are back in Trumps control. Now the question is, how will the dems respond; go with Joe or continue to strategize an ouster. I’m sure the Republicans will continue to ramp up the same hate filled rhetoric. VP frontrunner J.D. Vance didn’t waste any time. He’s already blaming Biden for the assassination attempt as if Joe doesn’t have enough on his plate. ~Balance Due
