Most people have faced extreme adversity at one time or another resulting in overwhelming negativity, However, if we let it consume us, it can completely take over our thought process and put us in what we call (the prison of the mind) it’s easy to fall into this trap, especially now. If we don’t escape this crutch it can take control of our mentality and consequently affect our decision-making process eventually leading us to a life filled with disappointment and despair.
