“Unusual” activities in America have minorities and people of goodwill very concerned. We worry pro-Israel megadonors, the top one percent are trying to make Dems and Republican parties a more blatant “pro-Netanyahu party”

The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), a pro-Israel lobbying group, has recently poured significant funds into opposing incumbent Representative Jamaal Bowman in his upcoming congressional primary. 

AIPAC’s fundraising arm, the United Democracy Project (UDP) super PAC, have allegedly spent nearly $5 million in the New York District 16 race.

Last week, they contributed just over $2 million, and this week, they’ve spent almost $1.3 million supporting Bowman’s opponent, moderate Democrat George Latimer, and another nearly $1.4 million on negative advertisements about Bowman.

This level of spending is considered “unusual” for an outside group in a single congressional district race.

AIPAC’s Influence in campaign spending is no longer discreet, some of its dark money but the public is still becoming aware thanks to grassroots media.

The UDP, formed by AIPAC, can legally contribute unlimited amounts of money to ads and communications but cannot coordinate with campaigns. The Whitehouse is frothed with corruption and the American people want some accountability they are growing angry and weary with the income disparity however the elites and top one percent keep growing their wealth.

In contrast, progressive PACs like Justice Democrats and the Working Families Party have spent just under $300,000 to support Bowman or oppose Latimer since April.

Representative Jamaal Bowman has been a vocal critic of Israel’s invasion of Gaza and was among the first members of Congress to call for a ceasefire. Interestingly, the super PAC’s ads challenging Bowman do not mention Israel at all. Instead, they accuse him of pursuing “his own agenda” without directly addressing the conflict. Furthermore, the Whitehouse has censured the only Congresswoman of Palestinian origin, Rashida Tlaib. Further proof systemic racism is running amuck in the Whitehouse, speaking truth gets you silence by the establishment. 

The way both parties align with Israel remains baffling and complex, with financial considerations obviously playing a significant role.
