Tim Scott Gets Married

Yes, it’s true! Senator Tim Scott recently got married. Scott announced in a social media post. She said YES. Scott then continues, “Mindy, thank you for making me the luckiest man in the world.”

Although Scott was known for being private about his dating life, in 2023, he revealed that he had been set up with Noce through a mutual friend at church. Scott didn’t share her name at the time but told The Washington Post that the friend had wanted the pair to meet for months. At first, he didn’t think it was the right time, but when the friend sent Scott a photo of Noce, he agreed. Scott says, “My joke is, as soon as I saw her picture, I figured it out. But the truth is about two weeks into it, I knew there was something very different about her and her faith,” he later told the outlet. “In our first conversation that went about an hour and a half or two, we ended up deciding to do a Bible study together.” After connecting about religion, the couple went on to bond over dinner dates and sports, including playing pickleball.

“As a guy who is mostly an introvert and on the quiet side, having to have a conversation about the engagement is a little, you know, uncomfortable in a way, but it’s the most exciting thing I’ll do with my life besides making Jesus my Lord,” Scott shared in an interview with The Washington Post. He continued, “I’ve been very patient and prayerful, and I’m really excited and somewhat nervous, and I couldn’t be more thankful for having found a soul mate and someone who shares a lot of the same interests, passions and goals that I do.”

He tied the knot with his fiancée, Mindy Noce, on August 3, 2024. The wedding took place at Seacoast Church in South Carolina. Although I mock Tim Scott and don’t agree with majority of his policies. However, everyone deserves love and happiness who knows this union might change his views on life and policy, marriage has a way of changing life’s perspectives. But as a believer all (marriage unions) if made with good intentions I must wish my allies and my adversary’s all the best. ~Balance Due
