Australia has recently implemented a “right to disconnect” law, after hours which allows workers to ignore work-related calls and emails outside of their official working hours without fear of repercussions. This law aims to help employees maintain a better work-life balance and reduce stress associated with being constantly available, In other words, Balance Due.

Australia joins other countries like France, Spain, and Belgium in adopting such measures. The United States the country with the most gun violence and wealth inequality on this side of the hemisphere really needs this new law more than any other country. America and it’s bought n sold politicians have decided to direct its ire on blaming the homeless for all the ills of society by criminalizing homelessness. I reiterate America needs a serious helping of mental health therapy and the people at the top need it the most, more so than the homeless & drug addicted. The addiction to power and money can be just as harmful.

This new law “right to disconnect” could significantly benefit people in several ways in terms of avoiding complete burnout. In terms of simplicity, look at annoying task as you would a relationship that’s not working. Time for a new boo 👻!

When stress is escalating in whatever particular, it’s time for a break, a new direction, time to focus more time on the things you enjoy, situations that make you happy. A new relationship with circumstance.

The “right to disconnect” law can significantly benefit mental health in a multitude of different ways. First, by setting boundaries, you can reduce stress. As a result, you increase productivity, get better rest and make better decisions in your personal life.

Time to recharge before it’s too late. ~ Balance Due.
