It’s time to mock TikTok. The establishment fear the Truth influence on society, particularly among younger generations and voters. The platform has changed the way people consume news and create content, with its short-form videos gaining immense popularity.
I don’t think TicToK is that great myself but the teeny bops like it and some adults they like the dance challenges, music promotions, self-expression and the different ways to make money. And believe me people have lots of creative ways they make money and not all of it legal or morally acceptable but it’s not my job to judge, just giving my opinion.
I will say this, based on my analysis there will be lots of very upset people if it gets cancelled in the US but that’s why I suggest people start re-strategizing there central focus make the business move back in your direction instead of putting all your efforts into the social media aspect of your business cause they can always cancel you why give them that power. The politicians have already given them everything, but the kitchen sink they have allowed them to run roughshod. We have no rights when it comes to the tech industry they have been allowed to abuse us with no accountability. Rethink your business model, put the power back into your own hands make your website the hub of all the action spend more time there, fuck social media they steal everything all the creativity our ideas and the money.
~The Vox Magazine wrote an article about TikTok called ‘Is TikTok breaking young voter’s brains?’ Here’s the part in the article that struck me as odd: Quote, “What I do remember was one video that dared me to examine my digital diet. “Check your TikTok screen time,” user @katherout challenged me. “Then check how many hours last week you actually hung out with your friends. It should not be similar … It’s very possible that you spend more time with people you don’t know on TikTok and YouTube, than people you do know in real life.” Unquote
My response, now all the sudden everyone’s concerned about GenZ’s digital diet; spending more time with people you don’t know then with people you do know; this is laughable; do they really think people are this stupid? Now, I guess it’s time to dissuade people from TikTok until the powers that be can take over control and we know who they are…
However, I agree with some of this article. I think it’s better for the well-being of people to spend less time on social media and I also think all these platforms are way too intrusive they get a lot and don’t give much. People should get paid to join and scroll on these sites because they sell our data and steal our ideas. The people that own these platforms are stealing the essence of regular everyday people that’s how they’re able to program A.I. and to legally acquire all the wealth.
Furthermore, the corporations and government are the only ones benefiting from it (financially) all the wealth is moving in one direction and all the creativity and essence of everyday people is being stolen and they have the nerve to make us pay for our own shit.
It’s shameful, as soon as people start waking up that’s when the silence campaign starts which is what this TikTok mess is all about. I personally could care less if they cancel it but if they do, they should cancel all of it, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Bing, etc. etc. Breakup all the big behemoth tech companies and share the wealth but these back pocket politicians will never let that happen. So, blame them for the wealth inequality and disparity they knew all along the wealth would be in the hands of the top one percent. And it’s to late for them to do anything about it cause now they are too beholden to the corporations and their benefactors. ~Balance Due
