Bill Ackman the narcissistic Billionaire makes the ludicrous assertion that Martin Luther King jr. would have opposed diversity equity and inclusion efforts.

Bill Ackman’s claim is not supported by historical evidence. In fact, Martin Luther King Jr. was a staunch advocate for civil rights and equality for all people, regardless of race, ethnicity, or background. His work with Operation Breadbasket, an organization dedicated to economic empowerment and equal opportunities for African Americans, demonstrates his commitment to addressing systemic inequalities.

Operation Breadbasket, founded in 1962, aimed to improve economic conditions in African American communities by negotiating with businesses for better job opportunities, wages, and community investment. King recognized that economic injustice was deeply intertwined with racial discrimination and understood the importance of economic empowerment as a means to achieve social justice.

King’s support for Operation Breadbasket and his broader civil rights activism clearly contradict Ackman’s assertion that King would oppose diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. King’s vision was one of inclusivity and equality, where all individuals would have the opportunity to thrive regardless of their background. Martin’s impetus during his lifetime is in stark opposition to Bill Ackman’s selfish hell-bound greedy agenda. Therefore, it is misleading to suggest that King’s principles align with Ackman’s viewpoint.
