Sleepless and Homeless in Seattle

The host Military Veteran and Seattle Mayoral Candidate Rodney Holt interviews fellow Veteran Alonzo McCully 6 Marine Regiment 3rd Battalion. He’s now a civilian working in the community with Boys and Girls club mentoring kids and coaching AAU basketball he’s done that for the past 20 years while simultaneously working as a Technical Analyst at Spectrum Hospital. We both agree that Homelessness should be reclassified as a Disability. Time is running out. We are currently in a pandemic people all over the world are hurting financially and we will need additional help from the government; a comprehensive plan to abolish homelessness.

Too Blessed to be Stressed.

This Podcast episode is part of the Musical Ministry it’s about being thankful to God at all times and stages in life. We have to remember no matter how bad things are theres always somebody out there doin worst. Could you imagine living in a war-torn country no stable home, constantly on the move constantly trying to avoid death either by sky or the street with no relief in sight, hungry, thirsty, no food, no water, no electricity but with god on your side theirs always an array of hope. I understand It’s hard to say thank you when things in life seem so bad but that’s when it means the most.   If you keep your promise to the lord you can acquire spiritual wealth and riches. First god commanded that Israel, the name of the new nation had to trust and follow him. Secondly god demanded faithful worship. Nothing in life is free if you want the godly riches you have to be loyal and faithful to god. We are almost as divided as we were during the Civil war era which god forbid could be a preliminary result to this upcoming election. The reason, some politicians, some news media have helped shape this polarization for increased ratings and more advertising income. To further add to this, Covid-19 has played a central role in elevating the undertones of discontent circulating in the air like ominous clouds with catastrophic results on a global scale. In regards, to the global economy; jobs, healthcare and climate change this could be the determining factor in justifying authoritarian rule by this current administration if we don’t get a hold on this pandemic and vote out of office President Donald Trump. Bound by Blood, The Ties that Bind

Sometimes we have to make tough decisions as it pertains to nurturing a healthy environment. After many years of exhaustion (in regard to the full effort some people approach to grow and cultivate certain relationships if unfortunately the result is still unequivocally bad, as a parent a marital partner or friendship whatever category it falls under, just maybe, just maybe It’s time to make a change, let it go, it may be time to unwind the ties that bind.
