Most people have faced extreme adversity at one time or another resulting in overwhelming negativity, However, if we let it consume us, it can completely take over our thought process and put us in what we call (the prison of the mind) it’s easy to fall into this trap, especially now. If we don’t escape this crutch it can take control of our mentality and consequently affect our decision-making process eventually leading us to a life filled with disappointment and despair. Loneliness

The holidays can be a difficult time of year, could be from the loss of a loved one, finances, loneliness with nowhere to go and no one to talk to. According to a recent study, nearly half of Americans report sometimes or always feeling alone (46 percent) or left out (47 percent), and just 53 percent say they have meaningful in-person social interactions on a daily basis. And while we may think of loneliness as being particularly widespread among seniors, some 45% of whom experience loneliness, the study noted that “Generation Z (adults ages 18-22) is the loneliest generation.” One of the cures for feeling lonely and hopeless count your blessing, think about the needs and feelings of others. Acts of kindness can bring joy to others as well as yourself. Happiness is contagious. Lastly, self evaluate think of all the ways you can make yourself feel love and peace by connecting with your inner self in a deeper way. Proverbs 11:25 the one who blesses others is abundantly blessed.

Social interaction has different definitions to different people, some people’s idea of what a friend truly is may differ. But it’s scientifically proven that social interaction from a physical perspective in the (real world) is critical to good physical health. Real Social Interaction is associated with a stronger immune system in some instances you can fight off colds, flu and some types of cancer. Interacting with others can boost feelings of well-being and decrease feelings of depression. Please keep in mind you must have a solid base of social support, good relationships with family, friends and community for these health benefits to reign true. This is a song about a man who had a gambling addiction. The situation got so bad he emerged himself in drugs to try and dull the pain and his problems spiraled even further out of control. Maybe if he wasn’t so ashamed of his transgressions he would have asked for help and rectified the situation. Never be to proud or embarrassed to seek help nobody comes perfectly packaged. We live, we learn, we love, we laugh. We weren’t designed to function all by ourselves we need each other for support. It says in the Bible 1 John 3:17 but if anyone has the world’s goods and sees his brother in need yet closes his heart against him how does god’s love abide in him.

Based on scientific research day-to-day weather does affect your mood they found that climate-related factors like temperature, wind, rain and sunlight do have a profound effect on your disposition. Now let’s try too reverse this constant flow of mood uncertainty that we experience, It all starts in the mind then the body follows. The mind in some cases can even help the body heal. Therefore, we have to be careful what we feed into the mind cause it’s more powerful then most people can fathom. For example (The illusory truth effect) is the tendency to believe information to be correct after repeated exposure. Politicians and Advertisers been known to use the technique quite often, Instead let’s use the (illusory truth effect) in a positive way. On a sunny day just repeat to yourself, the sun is shining bright and I’m feeling alright, then let your smile radiate that positive energy.
